I’ve been seeing a lot of these posts but I haven’t seen anyone post a solution.
I activated my 5G Home Plus on the 6th of this month. I received the welcome email and in that email it told me I was qualified for one of the Amazon gifts but I’ve yet to receive a email or anything on myVerizon allowing me to redeem one of them. I’ve spoken with several on the phone and chat reps and no one has been able to assist me with a resolution that made sense. I am here as a last resort. Was anyone able to get this resolved and can you point me in the right direction, please?
