I thought I was getting a free iPhone on you guys when I switched and even did a trade in on my old iPhone?? But the device section on my app shows I haven’t paid this off but that’s not it being free on Verizon if I’m doing monthly payments? Also don’t see the credit of my iPhone trade in on that section.
