Just wasted 20 minutes chatting with support because over a month after turning up 5G Home Internet and getting the email instructions, the link still doesn’t show up in the app. Support says the link will show up 60 days after signing up but the offer says you have to claim it within 60 days. It’s almost like they don’t want you to be able to claim it. When I pointed that out, the support person said I can always cancel if I don’t like it. Wow, way to treat a 25 year customer with 4 mobiles.
