5G Home Internet Black Friday Promo: XBox S or $200 Amazon Card

On 11/23/2023 I signed up for Verizon 5G Home Internet. The Black Friday promo was an XBox S or $200 Amazon card. I was supposed to receive an email with instructions on how to redeem the promotion. I never received an email and there's nowhere on My Verizon giving me the option to redeem. I understand many people are experiencing the same situation but want to be sure I receive the promo I was promised.

You are correct, once the equipment is activated, you receive an email for redeeming the promotion and will see a tile on My Verizon to redeem.
