$800 Trade in Credit Still Not Applied for iPhone 14 pro

I made the trade in back in October 2022. I never got the trade in value of $800. I called multiple times and each time they mentioned it will be added in the next 2 billing cycles. They actually told me everything looked good and that i should receive it.

This is outrageous I haven't got a concrete answer on this yet. Worst service ever. Thinking of complaining on this to the BBB or some other place.
