5G doesn't work

Why does 5G not work? It's the same symptom on both my iPhone 12 Pro Max and 15 Pro Max so its not the device. Only way to get the phones to work consistently is to turn off 5G and use LTE only. Anyone else figured out a way to use the Verizon 5G network without constant disruptions? I live and work in Arlington, Va. and 5G signal is always strong, but only works when it wants to...aka reliability stinks.

We definitely want ot make sure that you are properly informed about the coverage in your area. Also, making sure that your service is consistent is our priority. Please tell us, does this happen during specific times of the day? Do you know of any other devices being impacted? ~Geo

I can imagine this could happen in remote place but not inside a city mall. My iPhone 15 Plus 2 bars in signal strenght, but when I tried to pull the coupon code from the retailers website the connection failed even after switching to the retailers free wifi provided throughtout the store. I had to power cycled the iphone before able to get the wifi connection working but never able to get the 5g network work inside that mall weird. I expect the network automatically switch to the 4GLTE if hat is alredy available, talking about inovative yeah we can keep talking, but not happening in the real world.
