So I switched service providers about a month or so ago, and I just transferred my number instead of getting a new one. Now all of a sudden I have a completely new number. Is this normal or did something happen?
Same thing just happened to us. Two of our phone numbers were changed without permission or notice. Plus they charged 15$ per line for a number change that I did not request. Of course it’s Christmas Eve and I can’t call anyone.
