In early November I bought a new iPhone 15 Pro on a new line with an Ultimate Unlimited plan. 30 days later I was supposed to get an email to redeem the promotional free Apple TV 4K.
The email didn't come and I have now spent countless hours on the phone and in chats with service reps to get this corrected. The promo credit for the phone was wrong, too, but is finally updated and fixed. However, the Apple TV has been sitting on my account as an unprocessed order since 12/12. I have been told it would ship 2nd Day Air, not to worry, and on another occasion that it was all fixed and give it 4 days to receive. Now I have been told the device is out of stock when on the website it shows available to be delivered tomorrow with express shipping.
It seems that the service reps don't have any meaningful info and no decision power to actually make anything happen. There is no path for escalation and I can't even find a mailing address to send a letter with a request for resolution.
I have been with Verizon for close to 20 years and have probably spent more than $50K with them over that period of time (amazing when you think about it!), but that seems to mean nothing in terms of getting this resolved.
Anybody else having issues getting their promo items and promises fulfilled?
Anybody know where to get real help?
