This is really upsetting me, I'm trying to get back in my account because I forgot my password, so then I put my exact number then my exact zip code and it still says I'm not in their records, I just bought a pre paid plan on Christmas so I should be in their books yet for some stupid reason I'm not. Is there anyone that can help me?
