Phone overheats several times a week sometimes during charging ...sometimes just while using it....whether on a stand or in my hand....
If you were supposed to have a new phone but got a refurbished one instead, you ought to be asking for a refund or replacement. That's horrible you are being charged for a new phone when it isn't and doesn't work well to boot.
