I would like to file a complaint
I have 5 phone lines and an apple watch cellular line with verizon.
I was trying to upgrade two of the lines. For a comedy of verizon errors, including when my cell plan changed or other issues the line disconnected.
I had a call with a supervisor to help me figure out why its so hard to upgrade two phones. I have gone down the rabbit hole of promotions that are invalid (and they weren't my idea), to being transferred to tech support (why would I need tech support to upgrade a phone), to being hung up on and then the representative who I told, give me a minute when you change services to reboot my phone, ignored me, called back in 5 seconds, left a voicemail, and went on to another call.
The technical support representative, and I have her name, accused the customer support representative of doing something illegal, and didn't want to help me, nor did she really need to help me, I didn't need tech support.
After getting support from a supervisor, he also hung up on me. I am headed toward 8 hours with no result.
Another supervisor and customer support representative scheduled a call with me, and I am sitting at my desk and they are 33 minutes past the scheduled time and no one called me. So I have to start ALL OVER and call back the main line.
8 hours of jerking me around is enough. And employees blaming each other and saying they did illegal things in front of me is a reputational risk for Verizon. I have names, calls were recorded. But now I am waiting to get back in customer service all over again and start the story all over again.
I have paid for phones, then have had orders get cancelled then put in again then cancelled then put in again, then cancelled, and I can go on and on.
I am going to find out how to report a phone company to a regulatory authority. For now I just want to file a complaint with Verizon.
