$200 Amazon Gift card

I got the email telling me to claim the $200 Amazon Gift card & the Xbox Series X in my orders in shows my Xbox but not my Amazon gift card plus never got email about it either. I hope it went through I tried to do it again and it won't let me. Is the gift card suppose to show in the orders section? #$200AmazonGiftcard

Good luck with this. I just spoke to a customer service rep who told me it’s not 24-48 hours, it’s actually 5-7 business days to receive the card. As far as actually getting the option to redeem it, it’s actually really hidden and ambiguous. Verizon’s lack of transparency is honestly making me question doing business with them.

I received the email with instructions for claiming the amazon gift card 9 days after I enrolled in the qualifying services with Verizon. Then, after I received that email, I didn't receive the electronic amazon gift card until 9 days after I "claimed" it online. It eventually came, it just takes a lot longer than the website tells you.

Hello, I was wondering if anyone can help me. I'm having problems redeeming my $200 Amazon.com Gift Card and my $50 Xbox eGift Card. When I click on my $200 Amazon.com Gift Card that is displayed in my Home Offers page, I get to another page saying "To claim this offer, we'll take you to the Gift Card Redemption website where you can redeem your $200 Amazon.com Gift Card". Once I click on the "Claim Offer" button a window about "Terms & Conditions" appear. I read the terms and conditions and check the "I accept the Terms & Conditions" box. Then another window opens up with a notice in orange box saying "The requested URL was not found in this server. Go to MyVerizon home >". The same result happens when try to redeem my $50 Xbox eGift Card. Please advise. Your help is much appreciated.

1. Sign in to My Verizon (make sure you do this on the website not the app).
2. Navigate to the My Verizon account page.
3. Click on Get your choice on us: Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile under Make the Most of Your Plans.

Result: You will be taken to an interstitial page to choose either the Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or the $200 Amazon.com Gift Card.

4. Do the following under the $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile:

Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
Click Select.
Result: You are directed to the Blackhawk website to redeem the offer.
5. Follow instructions to complete the order.

Note: You must verify email address

I redeemed my gift card on the verizon website on December 12. Still to this day I have nit received a tracking number or anything!

Same! If im not mistaken, I got an email saying it would take a couple months. I remember seeing the date February 22nd but I haven’t received any email update or any reminder of the sort at all .

In the last promotion when they offered a Nintendo Switch and a Target gift card, I encountered a bit of a challenge. I visited the gifts page but was unable to claim my rewards initially. After reaching out to customer service, they informed me that I needed to maintain my internet service for at least 30 days before I could redeem my gifts. Following their advice, I waited the required period, and I'm pleased to share that I successfully claimed the digital gift card and received it immediately. The Nintendo Switch arrived in less than five days after I claimed it.

It may be a 30 day waiting period when they did the promotion last year for a Nintendo switch I couldn't claim it until Inhad the service longer than 30 days

Yes they continue running the promotion but never give you the option to get the card

I purchased this promotion with the $200 Amazon gift card stacked with the free Netflix but have never received the email in regards of the amazon gift card. I purchased this in March and its well over the 45 days.

I have also received a code from chat support to put into the rebate center link but its invalid???

dude i never got mine from like october of 2024. i ended up canceling home internet bc verzion screwed me over every month with my bill and internet dropped and left me and my family without internet for days on end. never got any of my promos from verizon. i think my other deal with her and xbox series x too. never got the promo to my account. verizon reps had no idea. i ended up just giving up bc it was to much of a headache. spending hundreds a month to get screwed. cooperate america yall.

verizon never reads the stuff from the people. never got a my xbox or verizon 200$ gift card from october of 2024 for signing up for home internet. “account glitched” no redemption in account or email. what a joke.

I have also had the same problem of not being able to receive the promised $200 Amazon gift card after purchasing Verizon home internet during the promotion.

I also never received an email about the promotion and contacted Verizon a number of times about it. First I was told that it would be 2 weeks, then a month later it was 4-5 business days. Most recently, they can’t find the promo at all.

I am having these same issues. I got a email for 1 rebate not the other 2.

I also got the runaround with the gift card and I do not know what to do. The home offers page seems to suggest I already redeemed the card, but the status page says it is on hold "due to past due balances." I checked and after waiting on hold with a rep for an hour I finally confirmed I don't have any past due balances. They were unable to help me, citing an "internal server error," and gave me a number to contact Blackhawk (3rd party vendor) by phone. The Blackhawk rep said they were unable to fix the issue digitally and suggested I simply wait and try again in a week, or have them manually send a gift card which could take up to several MONTHS. This is unacceptable and a quick Google search shows that Blackhawk has consistently fallen down on the job of doing the one thing they are contracted to do. Disappointed in Verizon for continuing to work with them and promise rewards that simply do not work in order to lure in new customers.

We signed up for home internet over the summer which was to include a coupon for Best Buy (which we used) and also a $200 Gift Card for Amazon. Nothing has been sent about the Amazon gift card and we can't seem to find anything in our account showing how to receive it.
