Good grief, could this be any more frustrating.
I just want to know where the trascript I was promised is located.

Unfortunately, I don't think it's possible to get a transcript of a chat session. You would have to copy and paste the text from the chat window into Microsoft Word or some such to save the text while the chat window was still open, or otherwise take screenshots of the chat window as you're going along.
