Rebate for Costco $250

Hi,

we purchased two phones from Verizon in Nov 2023. While switching the associate at Costco Verizon kiosk mentioned that we will be getting $250 each line costco gift card. So a total of $500 costco gift cards.

its been 2 months and we have not received anything. Everytime i call the Verizon customer service they ask me to go to Costco and the associates at kiosk advise to call customer service.

Verizon associates are just lying to make customers and they have the worst customer service i have ever seen.

Once the 90 day Costco Return Policy has passed, the Digital Shop Card will be emailed. You will receive Costco's email with the Digital Shop Card from costco@digitalshopcard.costco.com. Please allow 14 weeks for the Digital Shop Card to be delivered.
