I am beyond irritated that I ordered a phone and case for my daughter for Christmas and am now told that I have to go to the store to return the case that she does not like. Customer service reports they have no way of creating a return label solely for the case, and that i have to visit the store to return it.
Seriously, Verizon? In 2024, you cannot print me out a return label to ship an accessory back? Fix your application!
