Why am I being charged for ins coverage when I can’t get my claim filed. I have to solve puzzles, I have to go to live chat which is really AI talking to me.
I am getting an upsale for $25 per month instead of getting help with my damage claim.
They finally give me the link to the puzzles again. They don’t work either. What happened to Verizon customer service? I may have to go to my store to get help.
