I am the account owner as I have paid for the lines and opened up a new account with Verizon in December. When I log into my verizon it will not let me login as the account owner and only as an account member. So now I can't change my plans if I want to or make purchases and I can't view any of my receipts. I can't access anything except the bill and its very frustrating because I am paying all of this money and I can't even access my information. I haven't been able to get any help through customer service. I am just very confused because I haven't had this problem with other phone companies and would just like this problem resolved.
