I’ve had the following error since I got Fios installed at my house 2 weeks ago,
VMS is not available.
Your Fios TV VMS is not reachable. Please try troubleshooting to resolve the issue by pressing the Troubleshoot button to begin.
Error code: PLYB_107
Fix: The issue was the type of router they gave me. Tech came out today and replaced the router with a different make and it works fine now.
Issue: Tv constantly cuts to the above message. It fixes itself after 10-15 minutes but will happen again throughout the day.
My cable boxes are the wireless ones
I spent countless hours with phone support do tests and updates. I had a technician out 3 times. Had the VMS changed out, didn’t work. Finally had the router changed out and it works now.
