Your Fios TV VMS is not reachable

I’ve had the following error since I got Fios installed at my house 2 weeks ago,

VMS is not available.

Your Fios TV VMS is not reachable. Please try troubleshooting to resolve the issue by pressing the Troubleshoot button to begin.
Error code: PLYB_107

Fix: The issue was the type of router they gave me. Tech came out today and replaced the router with a different make and it works fine now.

Issue: Tv constantly cuts to the above message. It fixes itself after 10-15 minutes but will happen again throughout the day.

My cable boxes are the wireless ones

I spent countless hours with phone support do tests and updates. I had a technician out 3 times. Had the VMS changed out, didn’t work. Finally had the router changed out and it works now.

Sounds like we need to find out what router they replaced for the above poster that fixed his problem! I'd guess at least a G3100 router. I'd chat with support and ask for a replacement.
