I have a Samsung Galaxy 22ultra. Been a Verizon customer for many years with only a gap of 4 months when I tried T-Mobile. When I came back to Verizon I had to purchase the phone I have now because the T-Mobile one would not work properly. After purchasing the Samsung, I had issues with service which was never a problem prior to the oops with T-Mobile. At that time was told I had to upgrade my plan to have the best service which included the Disney+, Hulu and ESPN. With that upgrade had 5G with no issues anywhere I went until recently. I notice last couple of weeks that I now only have 4lte and barely there on the bars. When I am near towns, bigger cities I do get the 5G, just no longer from home. Reading others around the country having the same issues makes me wonder what is going on with Verizon. The plan I have now is no longer available and the simple phone hubby has is now being charged an extra $5 per month because of this. I talked with customer service last month about this and another issue. They tried to sell me a new plan saying it would save me money, not. After asking several questions on what I have with my no longer available plan to compare with the new save me money plan and it would cost me much more per month. Now the issue with service makes me wonder if I call and ask about the 5G not having from home will I be told I have to upgrade again? Does not seem like others have had any help nor getting an answer of what is going on. Will wait and see what happens in the next few weeks and check back on here to see if anyhow has had their issue resolved.
