When I click my profile picture the popup shows Finish Registration. What does this mean and how do I fix it?
As far as I can tell I am properly registered.

This issue may have something to do with your other account on the community using the same email address. To resolve the issue you will need to close the other account or change the email address on it. Please private message me or another moderator if you need help.
When I login to the Community I use my My Verizon user (rhjaeger). If I have another Community account, I don't know what it is.
The MrPinky nickname is mine but I don't know how it got there. I'd like to keep if if I can.
Please detail what I have to do to straighten this out.
