Costco $250 shop card rebate

We purchased and signed up for 3 lines 09/2023 and was told 90 days after we would receive our gift cards. As of today we have not received them. I called the number on my receipt and the Verizon rep said that I need to contact the Costco kiosk. I have no way to contact them as I live almost 2 hours away from the nearest Costco. HELP Please!

Kaleiwhohi89, getting some $250 Costco cards is a great benefit. I reviewed the details of the promo we are partnered with Costco. It does say that the email with the gift cards may take up to 14-weeks to deliver, after that 90-day period. The email comes directly from Costco using the address, costco@digitalshopcard.costco.com.

I recommend checking your Inbox and Spam/Junk folders, for that email, and keep it mind it make take a few weeks for Costco to send that out. Hope this helps clear a few things up, and glad you can benefit from that promo!
