I wanted to find out how to contact Verizon to complain about Asurrion. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for over 20 years and purchased the Asurion under their label. The company has damaged two desktops belonging to my disabled daughters. They have gone so far as to rework the devices 5 to 7 times, meaning that the devices were SHIPPED in the mail that many round trips. Asurion physically damaged the computers (I have a photo and submitted form evidence) and now is refusing to replace the units. I am exhausted from complaining to them. These repairs for two gaming desktops have been going on since October. The stress that this is causing mentally to my children is unforgivable. I am extremely upset that with the $25 monthly fee and $99 "repair" fee that, I have been taken advantage of and swinded. The repair paperwork is returned as completed and obvious lies about the repair. Again I have complained to customer service and have photo proof. I would like someone from the Verizon side to please help with this. I have for years been a customer and have 4 phones and 2 Mifis on your system. Except for Asurion, we have exclusively used your product when I was employed and now after retirement.
