Guy Wire Removal

I am looking to get a guy wire removed at a utility pole on a private property. PECO will be removing their wire and tightening wires on the other side of the utility pole next week but informed me that Verizon will need to modify their own wire. Who do I reach out to in order to have a Verizon technician come out and remove their guy wire?
