I'm not sure the point of getting a credit card if you can't use it! So far, purchasing or making payments to Verizon will work but others are declined. When speaking with "agents" it appears the fraud policy declines transactions for even $1.00 if the merchant is out of state....forget out of country, out of STATE.
Getting in touch with customer service is just as ridiculous and I was told, when I finally got connected, "Oh, just call us WHEN a transaction is declined and we will authorize it." So I did just that and guess what, DECLINED.
