I just had the worst customer service experience I have had in a LONG TIME! I spoke to at least 5 people.
I spoke to someone who I am 90% sure claimed he was a supervisor but was NOT a supervisor. This person transferred my call while I was in the middle of talking. (not screaming or voice elevated)
I then asked to speak to someone in America and was "transferred" to a woman who was clearly trying to disguise her voice. When I asked where she was, she did tell the truth. She did transfer me to a agent in America.
The agent in America was kind and offered to transfer me to a supervisor in America. When transferred I realized the person was not in America.
This person claimed they were a supervisor but then proceeded to not be helpful. When I questioned what were my options she offered to transfer me to a "manager", ? When I asked her what was the difference between a manager and supervisor she informed me that the manager was over the supervisors. I thanked her and she put me on a silent hold for about a minute and dropped the call.
Mind you I had 2 other conversations that I did not list here. 1 was helpful and the other was confusing. So I actually spoke to 6 people in a 50 minute phone call.
I am so FRUSTRUATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
