Digital secure blank screen

I enjoy spending a minimum of 5 hours a week on the phone with y'all, gotta say, I'm tired, so I'm going to try going this route unless there is a better option.

I was told my digital protect 8s working just fine. I had to help dad with his phone yesterday and set up his digital secure and his didn't look like this. Help me fix this

Yes the Wi-Fi is always on it is a plain white screen that says dashboard on the top. I tried to include pictures but can't figure out how

also while we are at it I have to go through this process every single time I log in to Verizon stuff. I am on a Verizon phone my Verizon device that I pay for an ungodly amount of money. And it doesn't even recognize me. Can we fix this too

white stuff. Font, Verizon signal is bad, ENDLESS PHONE CALLS ON THIS. EXTENDER AND ALL STILL FAILS hubby can hardly talk from his chair, we live in 1500sq foot home and yes there is plenty of towers. Copy paste codes autofill. doesn't work. sometimes downloads don't give me any options to open. Calls not coming through. reception in the house and in the back phone calls not coming through
