I've contacted Verizon customer service a million times and they put in a ticket and never responded. hulu customer service can't help, verizon won't help. it's really frustrating because this isn't a perk and is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. multiple discussions for a year about this not working and verizon has't offered any resolution. shame on y'all!!!!!!!!!! sick of these companies not keeping their word or helping paying customers. either that or say it doesn't work. what happened to honesty? sick of y'all!
