I pre-ordered the s24 ultra on 1/19/24 with a trade-in of my s21 plus. On 1/25/24 verizon canceled my order and trade-in. It was after 7pm so no customer service. Spent an hour on chat with no solution. They have my s21 plus trade-in locked to the canceled order and can not use to place a new order. They say 24-72 hours to clear the issue up. They canceled my order not me. They should be able to reprocess the order with no issue. Spent 45 min with customer service and still no answers. Has anyone else experienced this? I can't be the only one.
