Amazon Gift Card? Can’t Redeem!

I’ve been trying to redeem an Amazon gift card for setting up new Verizon home internet, but cannot find a link or option to do so. I’ve googled but still can’t find a way to make it happen. Now it’s just hours from the end of the window to redeem it, and I can’t get through to anyone at Verizon to help. Does anyone have a solution to this? So frustrating.

I installed 5G Home Internet. I have looked everywhere on the app for the “Exclusive Home Offers” tab referenced in the email from Verizon. I searched on the app, tried to use the built-in chat help, etc, but no luck. Now it’s past the allowed time period for me to redeem it and I still haven’t been able to find it.

I would appreciate any help you can offer to redeem this. Thank you!

I have had the same problem, using the app I cannot redeem, and after speaking with customer service I have got the same message, wait 24/48 hours for an email.... no such email has come. Switched over to my tablet and used Google Chrome to sign in online, not the app, and it allowed me to continue through the process of redeeming the giftcard. Now I have a tracking code and confirmation, so fingers crossed this actually works.
