My Fios App Retirement

Retiring the My FIos app and not moving over the Device Blocking and Scheduled Blocking feature was a great idea! Not!! Have been unable to unblock the XBox devices. (Great for Mom and Dad and not so great for our kids.) Still waiting for Verizon to figure it out.

I have spent hours trying to find it. So it really isn’t there? What did they tell you is the solution? I have my daughters laptop for school controlled on there so it is a big problem in my house right now.
