I am only seeing my wireless account in the My Verizon App. I used to see wireless and home, both. Is this because I am getting a new router soon? When will it update and show both accounts and who can help?
Update... i did uninstall and reinstall the app and it is exactly the same. Where is my Fios account.. nothin. Maybe it is because the old is leaving and new coming in? Anyway...the uninstall, re install was not a solution.
