How do I contact corporate to make a complaint? I was in a chat with agent today and was told my plan needed to be changed because it was a grandfather plan. When I was told I would lose the free Disney bundle, I told the guy no. He went ahead and changed my plan which canceled my Disney bundle. Now there's an issue with restoring the plan. I asked to speak with supervisor and was instead transferred to tech support. They k now the problem but will not restore today
