On 9/11/23 we purchased a new phone on trade-in at Costco but never received our $100 Costco rebate card. Costco said they do not issue them and to contact Verizon directly. We were told once Verizon had receipt of our old phone (after we mailed it back) our rebate would be processed. Can you please advise what we can do to get this taken care of. It’s long overdue….🫤
