December 2023 - every other e-mail was the promotion to upgrade your iphone for a an iphone 15 - you would not have to pay the remaining balance of your existing phone. Chatted at length with a representative and was assured it was any iphone, any condition (iphone 13 worked but glass on back was cracked).
I submit the phone as instructed - it's returned to me say it's not accepted - and 415 bucks is added to my bill this month for the remaining device payments.
I've spent H O U R S on chat and the phone. Many have said they've taken care of removing the charge, but to date, still there.
I'd like to talk to someone who understands the issue, listens (doesn't try to sell me on the cloud whatever instead of addressing my issue).
