Is anyone else still having issues with getting this offer to work. We have called support numerous times and have gotten nowhere. Someone i know signed up for this offer the same day we did and was able to get both the gift card and xbox. They were even able to redeem the xbox the next day and pick it up in person. The customer support has been useless and nobody seems to have the answers. We just want what was promised to us by signing up for this offer.
