Downloading Microsoft Outlook 2007

I have a new Samsung Fascinate Galaxy with a Verizon Data plan.  I have Microsoft Office and outlook 2007 installed on my computer which I want to synch over to phone.  I cannot find where and how to download the app so that I can synch back and forth.
