It’s been 2 months! I signed up for 5G internet, and was assured I would receive an Xbox offer to claim. After not receiving a claim, I contacted a rep, they sent a request up the chain to resolve the issue, nothing was happening. I talked to another rep and this time a supervisor pushed the request up. Nothing happening, this was two weeks ago. This is beyond frustrating, I’ve wasted so many hours simply trying to redeem what was clearly advertised.
