As part of my new FIOS home account, I was offered and redeemed the $150 Fanatics gift card. I have never received the card and the Home Offers page says it was redeemed. I never received anything and there is nothing in my Fanatics account. It said when I redeemed it that it needed to be used by 2/21/24. How can I use it if I never got it?
