phone dead. can't login. can't call. need to order new phone

how do I get customer support without 2FA? I cannot receive a text to verify. I need to order a new phone ASAP> How does this make any sense? There are no stores in my area to go to. I need to log into my account and it's not possible. utterly ridiculous. I already confirmed via email auth.

Do you have anyone else with a device on your account that could be used? You shared that there are no stores in your area, would you likd for us to see where the closest store is to you?

SAME HERE. My phone is completely dead and I have no way to contact verizon to get a new phone! Can't log into my account online even with my PASSWORD, can't CALL because my phone doesn't register in their system, can't CHAT because it asks me to log in with my PHONE so frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

VFRgrl, We definately want to assist you with getting a working device and we are sorry to read that your current phone is not working. We do need to complete validation with you in order to access your account. Do you have the option to call in from someone else's phone or a local store where we could assist you in person?
