Is it normal to go to a verizon auth. store, get a new phone and be charged $40 for there time, not tax or phone plan or new phone just 39.99 for there time
Great question, no it's not normal to get charged just for being at a store. If you upgraded, or added a new line there is an activation or an upgrade fee for $35. Additionally, independently owned store locations may have their own fees that are not associated with Verizon. Can you share more about the charge your received?
