I have been told that my account has been locked after one login and no alerts via email or text message for any other reason. Its now telling me I need to reset my password. I go through the motions and it gets to the point where I'm supposed to choose email or phone...and will ONLY allow phone (what happens if my phone is broken?). I get the alert via my phone, it only gives me the options "view details" and "dismiss"...regardless of what I click it brings me back into the login page. It does this over and over and over again. Come on!!! I was looking to purchase a new phone through the company but now it sounds a lot like they're losing a customer. Especially since it appears, based on other community posts, that this has been an ongoing issue and Verizon doesn't seem to give a hoot about it.
