I successfully submitted my documents for ID verification but my order still says on hold. My "take action" button doesn't work. How do I verify my order? Do I have to do something else?
Same issue here and was told my order was processed and hold release by 4 chat agents over 5 hours of chats and still haven’t received it today also got a totally different answer from a agent today stating it will not be shipped until today then received by the 28th. I’ve been round and round kept screenshot of every chat and this agent told me not to chat or call back for 3 days or it will delay my order. Rude as heck now I just want a refund of my $110
