I have wasted so much time trying to figure out the Xbox situation. I was promised I would get it but it’s really not a viable thought anymore.
I talked to so many reps and nothing has come to fruition. They all have different answers and differ solutions… but they all lead back to a waste of time. Am I getting the Xbox like I was promised, or not? I wasted close to 8 hours with my first experience dealing with Verizon in the store about two months ago. I ordered my internet online, went to pick it up. Internet told me to. Well, they didn’t even have the internet. Like I said, I was there for almost 8 hours on a day off… and they couldn’t help me. They had to cancel my order, send me to another store, and they got me going.
What a terrible first experience! And they have kept up the trend. Time wasted… I want a real solution for once… and that solution needs to be sending me the Xbox. I have a son who constantly keeps wondering where his Xbox is…
