I signed up last year during the Xbox promotion. I could not complete the online so went into a Verizon location. I purchased the order and walked out with the Internet setup. Dec 15th. I wait as I was instructed for the promotion code and did not receive either the $200 Amazon card nor Xbox code. I called in 3x over the matter of a week to finally receive the Amazon gift card because I was told I had to show proof I purchased within the timeframe for the promotion. Because they could locate this promo I was speaking of until I told them to GOOGLE their own promo. It has been a week "we are going to escalate this matter" since then. Customer service tells me every time they sent the promo code to a different address but can not retrieve the promo code from the email or which email it was even sent to. At this point I am calling an attorney. I have been a customer for over 10 years and I just keep getting the run around. Does any one know what else I can do before going to court.?
