Getting white label error page when trying to view my account on the my Verizon app. Anyone else?

Yes, just tried my app and my husband’s app. Both are saying White Label Error with the date and time. Since this happened, my sister’s phone on the plan suddenly went into SOS mode and I can’t access anything to get it back!
