Hey Verizon, I have spoken to quite a number of customer service representatives in past, but Never seen someone like Nazzareth. Such a knowledgeable and patient. People like her definitely bring up the value and respect for the whole organization. Verizon you got yourself a lifelong loyal customer. 10/10
