On hold for over 2 Hours and no help

I have been on the phone for over two hours, and the last person I talked to got dropped and never called me back. I am very sick and need to use Signal to contact my doctor.

It would have been nice to get a call back. NOW, I am starting over.

I can't believe the poor customer service, and I REALLY NEED help with this. I have been patient for over two hours, almost 2.5 now.. What is going on?

I know that it is never a fun experience for me when I have to wait on hold, and I can understand the frustration when trying to reach your doctor. I apologize that I am unfamiliar with Signal. We are here to help. Can you elaborate more on what services aren't working? Can you tell me more about what Signal is?
