2 months have gone by, I've had 3 dates confirmed by Verizon to receive my Xbox based on the promotion I signed up for. STILL NO XBOX!!!
This is past the point of frustrating!!

Hey there, AxanaMoran, we know it's important that you receive your Xbox offer. Did you redeem the promotion via My Verizon? As far as your service, did you sign up for LTE/5G or FiOS Home Internet?

No, this hasn't been resolved. I still haven't received the Xbox. No information since I was told a "Promo Fallout Form" was done. It's been over 2 months now. I signed up for the Home Internet promotion back in December.
This whole thing has been a big mess
