Me and my daughter switched to Verizon on the last day of December 2023. The sales rep informed me that I would be getting a $200 Amazon gift card for switching 2 lines with our phone numbers from TMobile to Verizon. I still have not yet seen any email or offer on my account. Its been almost 60 days.

1. The redemption process begins upon the activation of your qualifying 5G Home Plus Plan.
2. Once activation is confirmed, qualified Home Plus customers will have a notification tile within your My Verizon Online / My Verizon app after logging into their account.
3. Upon redemption, Your eligible Gift Card will be delivered electronically within 24-48 hours.

5. Qualifying customer may also want to check their spam folder for the below Subject and Sender:
