Switched from AT&T to Verizon 12/21/23 and signed a digital guide at store with plan layout which had marked $200 switcher gift card and the agent told me as well. Made them give me a copy since I signed it. Waited 2 months and called the store and they said call Verizon which I did and a rude person said the store had to give the certificate. Glad I have written proof not that I will get what was promised.
